Women in Wine
Women as winery owners were virtually
nonexistent 30 years ago in the United
States when a few pioneers cropped up and seeded a healthy interest in the
business.
Now, women in the winery industry own top brands.
Elizabeth Weeks has made a study of women in wine and presented a
comprehensive list of women-owned wine operations:

list is to expand opportunities for women owned wineries through business to
business relationships. In other words, other women owned businesses using
the services of women-owned wineries for corporate events, gifting and
personal consumption. In addition, this list is a tool to introduce majority
women owned wineries (51%) to the Fortune 500 through supplier diversity
procurement. . There are five states represented on this edition.
