Petaluma, CA -
Horses are consummate teachers of somatics and somato-spiritual consciousness. Somatics is the integration of sensory awareness and physical movement with the intellectual, emotional, and intuitive expressions of consciousness. Equine-guided experiences draw upon the physical and metaphysical nature of the horse to help us practice mindfulness, clear communication, and relationship. Horses rekindle our playfulness and feelings of peace and wellbeing. When horses react to our body language and energy, we learn to trust our somatic responses to questions such as:
Am I living a life that honors my higher purpose? Is my daily life aligned with my ethical and spiritual values? Are my mind, body, and emotional heart in agreement over my life decisions?

Washington, DC -
by Margaret Engel and Allison Engel directed by David Esbjornson in the Arlene and Robert Kogod Cradle AUGUST 23 OCTOBER 28, 2012
Academy Award and Tony Award nominee, Kathleen Turner, brings her sizzling blend of sensuality and intelligence to the bravado of newspaper columnist Molly Ivins. A dyed-in-the-wool liberal from deep in the heart of Texas, Ivins rapier wit made her one of Americas highest-regarded columnists, satirists and beloved rabble-rousers. The incomparable Turner excels (Variety) in this searing, 75-minute show that weaves personal anecdotes and a look at our national pastime politics.
